This soft flex beading wire is 24KT Gold Plated - 21 strand - 17lb test. It is stainless steel/nylon coated. Each spool contains approximately 30 feet.
Soft flex is hypoallergenic, and marine quality, so it can be worn in and out of salt water and fresh water.
The .019 diameter is for use with small to medium glass beads, crystals, silver, pewter, 80% of fresh water pearls and seed beads. It can be used with a variety of materials, and can pass through a size 13 seed bead twice.
